- To hire Jack Brock our confetti pony and special guest, a deposit is required to confirm your booking and full payment is required no later than 28 days prior to the event.
- Payment for online goods is via Paypal.
- Payment for Jack Brock confetti pony hire is payable via BACS transfer once we raise you an invoice.
- All goods remain the property of Jack Brock until paid for in full.
- We take time to assure we have wrapped and packed all our products with sufficient packaging, all of our products leave us in great condition. Goods must be checked for damage before the carriers’ delivery note is signed as neither ourselves or the carrier will accept any liability for damage unless notified to the carrier at the time of delivery. Rights to compensation for damage will be forfeited if goods are signed for as ‘checked’.
