A charity close to Jacks heart

Jack’s family have had several family members suffer from this illness, and sadly pass away from it too. It is an illness that now effects over 944,000 people within the UK which is set to raise over 1 million by 2025.

My visits are at different care homes so the residents can stroke my nose and feed me carrots. Just to give them some relief and a change of scene.
